Found an error, a clinic that moved or hours that changed? Tell us. We check every report and record what we changed.

How to report an error

Email info@dentistinhanoi.com with:

• the page or clinic it is about;
• what is wrong and what is correct;
• if you can, a link that shows the correct information (the clinic's website, price list or official page), or when you visited the clinic.

Every clinic profile also has a "Report an error" link that fills in the clinic's name for you. Please don't send medical records or photos of your teeth; we can't assess them.

Clinics

Clinics can ask us to correct or update their listing, or to be added. Send a link that shows the correct information, or invite us to confirm it by phone or visit. Listing is free and the same criteria apply to every clinic. How we select clinics.

How we handle a correction

1. We check the report against the clinic's own sources or with the clinic itself.
2. If the report is right, we update the profile, its sources and its "checked" date.
3. Important changes (a clinic closed or moved, a wrong price or a wrong language claim) are recorded in the log below.

We aim to check reports within a few working days (Vietnam time), but we can't promise a fixed time.
